Title: Clerical/Receptionist

Experience: I have worked at M&M Insurance since October 2006. I do a variety of jobs including scanning documents, ordering supplies, and special projects for the different departments. I also fill in at the receptionist desk when needed.

Family: My mom is in a nursing home and I visit her every day. I have one sister who has two children and I have two great nieces and two great nephews.

What I Like Most About My Job: I enjoy every aspect of my job. I have cleaned out many file drawers that needed to be scanned. I like helping others whenever I am needed. I like meeting all the people that come into the office.

Special Interests: I love to cook, bake and go to the movies. I also enjoy going to the casino and traveling.

Typical Day of Work?     Filing, faxing, scanning documents, backup for the switchboard, and helping out in any department wherever I am needed.

Best-selling insurance product that you talk to most people about & why?     When I'm on the switchboard, I get a lot of requests for auto and home insurance.

What product should most people have, but most don't?

What books are you reading right now?     None.

What would people be surprised to know about you?     I love slot machines.

What do you do when you're not selling insurance?     Baking, cooking, feeding my mom every day at the nursing home.

What one word describes you?     Compassionate

Who is your role model and what have you learned from him/her?     My mother, everything and that's what makes me the person I am today.
