Title: Life, Health, and Group Customer Service Specialist
Experience: I began working in the Insurance Industry as a Customer Service Representative for Liberty Mutual Insurance in 2001. In 2004, I moved to Panama City Beach, FL and became an Account Manager/Bank Specialist with State Farm Insurance. I assisted my clients with all of their insurance and banking needs and became a licensed Mortgage Broker in order to place mortgage loans and lines of credit. I moved back to the area and began working with M&M Insurance Group in August 2007. My primary role is to provide support to the Life, Health and Group Department. I spend the majority of my day answering client questions about their Life and Health Insurance policies. I also assist the department with Group Benefit Enrollments to help keep meetings running smoothly and to answer employee questions about their Group Benefits.
Family: I live with my husband Dan Moore. I do not have children, but enjoy spending time with my stepson Johnathan, my niece Ava, and our dogs and cats.
Designations/Achievements: I currently hold licenses in Property and Casualty Products and also Life, Health, and Variable Annuity Products. I will begin working on my CISR Designation in August 2008.
Special Interests: I enjoy spending time outdoors. We love to go camping and tell stories around a fire with family and friends. I like working in the garden or walking in the summer. One of my favorite past times is to watch NASCAR, but I like all sporting events. In the winter, I read and try to perfect my cooking skills.
